The costumes are to be insured for the value stated on the invoice.
We allow three working days for shipment to you and three working day for shipment back by ground transporation. If shipping takes longer, you will either be charged for extra rental time or you may pay extra for expediated shipping.
DAMAGES TO RENTALS
Damages will be assessed on an individual basis. Normal wear and tear and minor repair will not be charged extra
PRICING FOR RENTAL ITEMS
Rental prices are based on a one-day use; extended prices are available on request. When renting a costume that could be purchased, the rental price will be deducted from the purchase price if you purchase before returning.

CHOOSING A COSTUME
Q. How do I rent a costume?
A. E-mail your exact needs including: name of item needed, date of use, phone number with a good time to call and your address. If the item is not available, you will receive an e-mail stating this. If the item is available, you will receive a phone call to go over specifics.
Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?
A. No, I'm sorry.
Q. What are security Deposits?
A. Security deposits are taken to ensure that the costume is returned without damage. Most deposits are equal to the rental price. Damage charges are assessed on an individual basis. Normal wear is expected.
Q. What if the costume does not fit?
A. You will be asked for specific sizes and measurements. We are not responsible for misinformation.
Q. When are the costumes returned?
A. The costumes are to be sent back on the first working day after use.
Q. How do I ship them back?
A. The packages must be shipped by a carrier that has the ability to track the package. It is best to use the original package. The costumes must be wrapped in plastic if not in a garment bag.
Q. Do I insure them?
A. Yes. The cost that they should be insured for will be on your statement.
Q. Who cleans the costumes?
A. WE DO. The cost for cleaning is included in the rental price.
Rental From the Store
Q. How do I reserve a costume?
A. Reservations require a deposit. This will hold the costume for you. When the costume is picked up the deposit will be held as a security deposit. It will be returned when the costume is returned (without damage).
Q. How much are deposits?
A. Deposits are based on the value of the costume. They range from $20.00 to $75.00.
Q. How long is the rental period?
A. Costumes are picked up the day before use and returned the next day. Longer rental period can be set up. The fee will increase depending on usage and duration.
Q. Who cleans the costumes?
A. WE DO. The cleaning fee is added into the rental price.
RETURN POLICY FOR RETAIL ITEMS
You must have a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER" to return and item. No packages will be accepted without an Authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the package.
You may return undamaged items within one month of the ship date. There will be a 25% return/restocking charge. Items must be returned in the original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and also for any lost or misdirected packages. An insured carrier is suggested.
If the return is due to manufacturers defect, a replacement will be sent ( depending on availability) upon receipt of damaged items with no additional shipping costs. You may also ask for a refund.
